Ελληνικά: Η επιγραφή στη δυτική όψη του κατεδαφισμένου πλέον ναού των αγίων Κωνσταντίνου & Ελένης, Πρέβεζα. Φωτογραφία του 2011.
Το κείμενο της επιγραφής έχει ως εξής:
Θεώ Υψίστω και τοις ισαποστόλοις Κωνσταντίνῳ και Ἑλένῃ. Ο ναός ούτος έστηκεν ιδρυθείς το πρώτον εν έτει αψμδ΄ (1744). Ανεκαινίσθη εν έτει αωνβ΄ (1852) ευδοκίᾳ μεν του κλεινού αυτοκράτορος Σουλτάν Αβδούλ Μετζίδ Χάν προστασίᾳ δε και συμπράξει του φιλοχρίστου Σύδνεϋ Σμίθ Σάνδερ του επ’ αγαθώ της χώρας ταύτης βρεταννικού γενικού προξένου, αρχιερατεύοντος του πανιερωτάτου Σωφρονίου και επιστατούντων των φιλοκάλων Π. Χ. Μαμμάτου - Ι. Δ. Τζούτζουρα και Π. Α. Κατουνιώτου, της δαπάνης δε πορισθείσης εκ τε των του ναού προσόδων και των χορηγημάτων ανδρών ευσεβών
