Description
English: Ely Place, London. Built in the late 13th century as the chapel of the town house of the Bishop of Ely. After the house was demolished in the 18th century, it became a Welsh chapel before being acquired in 1873 by the Catholic Order of Charity and restored by J Young in 1874–79 and again by Giles Gilbert Scott in 1935.
