English: A plaque on the lych gate of St. Stephen's Church on Serpentine Road, Selly Park, Birmingham, West Midlands, England, UK. Built in 1871, the church is jointly managed with St. Wulstan's Church, Selly Park. The inscription reads: "TO THE GLORY OF GOD / THE LYCH GATE / IS ERECTED IN LOVING MEMORY OF / AMY REBECCA COOKE / DIED SEPT 15TH 1898 AGED 45 / AND / WILLIAM HENRY COOKE / (formerly Churchwarden of this Parish) / DIED JUNE 18TH 1923 AGED 71 / EASTER 1924".
