The brick built building is faced with pebble flintwork with gault brick quoining. The building is topped with a welsh slate roof which has a central wooden cupola bell turret faced with a clock. This is topped with a gilded weathervane. In front of the block is enclosed courtyard with brick walls. Upper Sheringham, Norfolk |
