Stamp of Monaco; 1964; definitive stamp of the issue "Marine Life and Plants"; stamp motive with a depition of a flowering cactus of the species "Selenicereus grandiflorus" (often only "Selenicereus gr.", German name: "Königin der Nacht"); According to the legend shall this cactus flowers only one single once for one single night in hundred years, what is not the truth (an exemplar of this cactus can be seen in the "Botanical garden" in Berlin.); The name comes rather from the great blossoms of this plant, which are steaming a spectacular nice and exotic flavor which remembers to vanilla, even like a Queen.; mint stamp
