Stamp of Romania; 1970; commemorative stamp of the issue "Maximafila Franco-Romanian Philatelic Exhibition", Bucharest 1970 (?); The stamp picture shows the painting "Camille in a Green Dress" by the French painter Claude Monet (1840-1926) and a depiction of the same stamp (stamp on a stamp); Depicted is the spouse of the artist and former model, Camille-Léonie Doncieux (1847-1879) in a green dress with black fur jacket and yellowish gloves in life size.; This painting was created in 1866 for the "Paris Salon" (where it found a great echo) in the style of the impressionism; Contemporary, this painting is located in the "Kunsthalle Bremen" (Germany).; The artist had also modernist tendencies.; The Romanian stamp was designed by Ion Dumitrana (1923-1976).; stamp postmarked by CTO
