Русский: Серия «Памяти деятелей Коммунистической партии»: М. В. Фрунзе, фиолетовая. Фототипия на бумаге с водяным знаком «ковёр», перфорирована: линейная зубцовка 14 (на каждые 2 сантиметра края марки приходится 14 зубцов). В марочных листах 100 (10×10) марок.
