The coat of arms of Penza.
The souvenir sheet of Russia, 1 stamp×50.00 Rubles, 2 August 2013, PTC Marka Catalogue No 1719, Michel No 1951 (Block 187). Coated paper. Offset printing, varnish coating, bronze paste. Multicoloured. Perforation: frame 12×12½. The size of the souvenir sheet: 60×90 mm. The size of the stamp: 30×42 mm. Print run: 80,000.
The stamp: the coat of arms of Penza approved by Her Majesty Empress of All the Russias 28 May 1781 and by the Municipal Duma of Penza 28 December 2001.
The margins of the souvenir sheet: the coat of arms of Penza Oblast approved by the Legislative Assembly of Penza Oblast 25 December 1998; the map of the Russian Federation with Penza Oblast set off by the red colour.
