Description I just returned from a winter trip into the Sawtooths. After a day of rain, a day of heavy snow the sun finally decided to show itself last Thursday. This is McGowan peak with Stanley Lake creek. This was taken early morning just as the sun peeked over the ridge flooding the valley with warm sunlight. Welcome since the temp measured 10’.
