Description
English: A Starfleet flag officer's casual uniform—as seen in season three of Star Trek: Picard—on display aboard Star Trek: The Cruise VI. An accompanying placard said,

Authorized for wear by senior Starfleet flag-rank personnel for starship and field duty, but not for ceremonial or other formal occasions. It is an evolution of a uniform style formerly authorized for wear by command-rank starship officers, which was retired in 2373. The wearer's rank is indicated by elongated silver bars positioned behind the Starfleet insignia, which is worn on the jacket's left breast.

This version of the Starfleet Flag Officer's Casual Uniform is worn by actor Sir Patrick Stewart for his portrayal of Admiral Jean-Luc Picard. It is a creation of costume designer Michael Crow and the Star Trek: Picard costume department under supervision of Mitch Kenney.
