English: The starry handfish (Halieutaea stellata), is a batfish of the family Ogcocephalidae found on the continental shelves of the Indo-Pacific oceans at depths of between 50 and 400 m. This specimen is on display at the Siam Ocean World in Bangkok, Thailand.
Nederlands: Halieutaea stellata is een straalvinnige vis uit de familie van vleermuisvissen (Ogcocephalidae). Deze soort wordt gevonden op het continentaal plat van de Indo-Pacifische oceaan op een diepte tussen 50 en 400 m. Dit exemplaat is tentoongesteld in Siam Ocean World in Bangkok, Thailand.
