Description
English: Blast Furnaces at Copper Reduction Works, Mt. Morgan, Australia, 1908. Copper blast furnaces at work at Copper reduction Works 6 March 1908 (Description supplied with photograph). Three rectangular, water-jacketed blast furnaces were built, the first being blown in on January 20, 1906, the second three months later and the third two years later. A fourth blast furnace was eventually erected, with the fifth being built in 1911.

Hauts fourneaux à cuivre, en coulée aux Copper reduction Works, le 6 mars 1908 (Description associée à la photographie). Trois hauts fourneaux de section rectangulaire, refroidis par chemise d'eau, le premier étant mis à feu le 20 janvier 1906, le second trois mois plus tard, et le troisième deux ans après. Un quatrième haut fourneau a été édifié ensuite, le cinquième étant construit en 1911.
