Description
English: Stepstone in Stuttgart for the German-Jewish educator and school co-founder Anna Wieler, born on June 7, 1889 in Constance at Lake Constance. The address 12 Werfmershalde was the last address of Anna Wieler. On December 1, 1941 she got deported from Stuttgart Nordbahnhof to Jungfernhof concentration camp near Riga, Reichskommissariat Ostland. The deportation date later became fixed as date of her death. The real place and date of her death is unknown. This stepstone sadly states a wrong year of birth.
Deutsch: Stolperstein in Stuttgart-Ost, Werfmershalde 12, für die Pädagogin und Schulmitgründerin Anna Wieler, geb. 7. Juni 1889 in Konstanz am Bodensee, siehe Gedenkbuch im Bundesarchiv. Im Dachgeschoss des Hauses Werfmershalde 12 war Anna Wielers letzter Wohnsitz. Sie wurde am 1. Dezember 1941 vom Stuttgarter Nordbahnhof aus ins Reichskommissariat Ostland zum Lager Jungfernhof, ein Außenlager des Ghettos Riga, deportiert. Sterbedatum und -ort sind unbekannt, daher legte das Amtsgericht Stuttgart das dokumentierte Deportationsdatum als Sterbedatum von Amts wegen fest, siehe Website der Stolpersteine in der Stadt Konstanz. Der Stolperstein in Stuttgart gibt ihr Geburtsjahr leider fälschlich mit 1890 an, die Website der Stolpersteine in der Stadt Stuttgart aber auch den korrekten und übereinstimmenden Geburtstag 7. Juni
