Description
English: A stone bed in the very artistic style of Sundari Chowk of Patan Durbar, a historical site of Lalitpur district. In front of Tusa Hiti in Sundari Chowk, this very artistic stone bed, the ascetic king Siddhinar Singh Malla used to do Chandrayan by heating Panchagni in summer and sitting on a cold stone bed in the open chowk in winter season. It is said that when King Siddhinarisingh Malla built Sundari Chowk in 1638, he also made this stone bed. About 4 feet wide, 6 feet long, this stone bed has 4 artistic legs and is 1 foot high. This stone bed made of black stone looks very attractive. In front of this stone bed, there is a very artistic Tusa hiti with gold glitter. There are also two tall pillars in front of the stone bed. Domestic or foreign tourists are also surprised to see the stone bed.
