English: Stone memorial seat near St Alban's Head This stone seat is alongside the coast path, at the top of the steep steps up from the hanging valley of Pier Bottom. The Old Coastguard Cottages are across the field in the background, with St Aldhelm's Chapel on the right. The view from this seat is quite spectacular - a sizeable portion of the Dorset coast can be seen. |
