Description
English: Stone wall and pasture alongside Fell Lane Sheep have a remarkable talent for climbing walls so in sheep country fences are often set up above the wall. Here the fence post has been secured by means of a wire passing through the dry stone wall and round a piece of wood. Twistleton Scar is on the other side of the valley with Whernside in the distance on the right.
