Summary edit

Description

"It's an ill wind that blows no good" -- a new climbing attraction in Flushing Meadows Park

It's a London Plane tree, a hybrid of American sycamore formerly widely planted in New York City. The tree is now on the Do-Not-Plant List as it was too widely planted in the past and it's considered safer to have a variety of trees to lesson the chance of blight.
