Description
Deutsch: Street-Yogi in der Forster Straße/Ecke Reichenberger Straße in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Street-Yogis oder Kork-Männchen sind seit etwa 2007 zu beobachtende kaum handgroße Figuren auf Berliner Straßenschildern. Die aus zwei Flaschenkorken und einem Schaschlik-Spieß bestehenden Figuren sind Werke des Berliner Josef Foos. Sie gehen zurück auf das Projekt Little People des britischen Streetart-Künstlers Slinkachu. Als Kunst im öffentlichen Raum sind mit Stand 2014 über 1000 Figuren (Stand 2014) angebracht.
English: Street-Yogi in the Forster Straße/corner Reichenberger Straße in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Street-Yogis (also called: Kork-Männchen; german for: cork-males) are small figures on street signs in Berlin, Germany. They are created since 2007 by Josef Foos, based on the project Little People of the British street artist Slinkachu. In 2014 there are installed about 1000 Street-Yogis in Berlin.
