This street clock was located in front of B.L. Gates jewelers location at 1326 Second Avenue in the Estabrook Building, which was on the southeast corner of 2nd and Union Streets.

According to a court case between Hutchinson and Gates, the jeweler leased this building from June 1912 to February 1915.
