Description
English: Dynamic visualisation of the TM-ALIGN network as the posterior probability decreases from 1.0 to 0.5. Nodes represent folds and edges occur between these folds at the probability value associated with their closest representative domains. Nodes are coloured according to their SCOP class and have a size relative to their estimated fold age.
