Usually, Batti has sattoo stuffing in UP and Bihar. This one is with a twist, as it is Green Peas stuffed batti. Can be eaten all alone, but being accompanied with spicy Coriander chutney, Arhar ki Daal and mouth watering gajar ka halwa. Alas,your Winter Sunday lunch is ready, as this food remains hot for long, than usual roti and sabji. |
