Description
English: The Sultan Qaboos Cultural Center located at 1100 16th Street NW in Washington, D.C. The building which houses the center, constructed in 1908, is a contributing property to the Sixteenth Street Historic District. Previous occupants include Senator William Alden Smith, Senator Arthur Capper, the Nicaraguan embassy, the Honduran embassy, the Benjamin Franklin University, the WVSA School for Arts in Learning charter school, the American Beverage Association, and The Aluminum Association.
