Superior Avenue 1915, CP06885
Description
Northwest corner of Superior Avenue and East 9th Street. It later became the site of the Hotel Olmsted. Label in corner reads Cuyahoga Hotel Construction, H.L. Stevens and Company Architectural Engineers, Cleveland, Ohio. The Michel and McDonough store occupies the first floor. A billboard on top of the building advertises Edelweiss on the left and the Illuminating Company on the right. Signs for McIntyre and Heath in the musical comedy Ham Tree at the Colonial Theater are posted on the building.
