Replica made by Ivor Lawton of Dawn of Time Crafts.

Description, Replica of the helmet from the ship-burial at Sutton Hoo. Iron covered with tinned bronze plaques and silver inlaid bronze castings, Anglo-Saxon, early 7th century AD. From mound 1, Sutton Hoo, Suffolk, England.

Size, actual hieght unknown but comparable with original remains.

The helmet was ordered by the National Trust for the new Museum at Sutton Hoo.
