Description

English: Trinity Church (brickwork), town Bilolutsk , street Schorsa, 33

Holy Trinity Church - has long occupied a significant place in the life of the parish. It was consecrated and began operating in 1885. It took a long time to build - 25 years. The building turned out surprisingly beautiful. The bell tower in two tiers. The church is cold. The Holy Trinity Church, having withstood an atheistic invasion in the 20s and 30s, in the late 60s, gradually fell into disrepair. The reduction in the number of parishioners, the covert persecution of believers, led to the closure of the church in the literal sense of the word. In 1967 there was the last service. At the Holy Trinity Church there was a church-parish school, built in 1907 and which has survived to this day (now there is a shop "Firefly"). The family of the Popov priests, personally Feoktist Ivanovich Popov, left a significant mark. He contributed to the construction of the Zemstvo school (two-story high school building), part of the funds he allocated. [O.M. Barabbas, O.W. Butenko. As of 2021, the temple has been partially restored. And although the restoration continues, services are already taking place in the temple.
