Svenska: Frimärke 3 öre 1862, från Postmuseums samlingar. Användes främst till lokalbrev. Bilden tecknades av Per Olof Bagge och gravyren utfördes 1862 av P. A. Sparre som då var bosatt i Paris. Märket tillkom under stor brådska, det skulle ersätta det provisoriska bruna frimärket av lokalmärkestyp. Gravyren underkändes av poststyrelsen men man tvingades av tidsskäl godta märket under en övergångstid. Sparre beordrades utföra en ny, bättre gravyr. Upplaga: 709 200, 3 öre Typ I. Märkena framställdes utan vattenmärke (endast i arkmarginalerna). Ogiltiga till frankering fr. o. m. den 30 december 1910. |
