English: Polvoron is widely known as a sweet delicacy that we inhabited from Spanish people. This is a type of heavy,soft and very crumbly shorbread. This is made with milk, sugar and flour. This is considered as a healthy snack and dessert because of its low fat. It is also a good source of dietary fiber. This has a good source of minerals like calcium, phosphorus and vitamins like vitamin C. |
