English: Former auto dealership building at the Southeast corner of Pike Street and 12th Avenue. It was built in 1919 by George B. Swinehart for Seattle's Dodge dealer, W. L. Eaton & Co.. Victor W. Voorhees was the architect of this and numerous other auto buildings in the neighborhood. |
