Uniformed portrait l., around: "GENERAL HANS HERZOG"/ Helvetia standing l. holding sword, and Swiss shield, 3 lines on a rock with the Swiss Cross: "Freiheit (in Gothic script) Liberté Liberta (in Latin script)". Around: "* NEUTRALITE SUISSE * SOUVENIR DU SERVICE FAIT PAR L´ARMÉE FÉDÉRALE DU 16 JUILLET 1870 AU 25 MARS 1871 *". Wurzbach 3688; Forrer V, p. 108.
