ไทย: เครื่องหมายราชการของกรมเจ้าท่า กระทรวงคมนาคม มีลักษณะดังนี้
เป็นรูปวงรี ภายในมีรูปสมออยู่ภายใต้พระมหาพิชัยมงกุฎ หมายถึง พระมหากษัตริย์ทรงให้ความสำคัญกับการค้าการขนส่งทางเรือมาโดยตลอด ด้านซ้ายมีช่อราชพฤกษ์ หมายถึง ชาติ ด้านขวามีช่อพุทธรักษา หมายถึง ศาสนา ใต้ขอบล่างมีอักษรว่า กรมเจ้าท่า โค้งตามแนวรูปวงรี ภาพนี้มีฐานะเป็นเครื่องหมายราชการ กำหนดอยู่ในประกาศสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เรื่อง กำหนดภาพเครื่องหมายราชการ ตามพระราชบัญญัติเครื่องหมายราชการ พุทธศักราช 2482 (ฉบับที่ 288) ลงวันที่ 13 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2559 ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เล่ม 133 ตอนพิเศษ 233 ง วันที่ 13 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2559 หน้า 1English: The official symbol of the Marine Department, Ministry of Transport, Kingdom of Thailand, as described in the announcement of the Office of the Prime Minister of Thailand according to the Official Symbol Act of B.E. 2482 (issue 288), dated 13 September 2016.
“The official oval-shaped insignia of the Marine Department depicts the Great Crown Victory, over a ship’s anchor, meaning that the King constantly gives importance to the maritime trade and transportation of the country. The bouquet of Ratchaphruek which frames the symbol on the left means the Nation, and the bouquet of Phuttharaksa on the right means Religion. The name “Marine Department” is written below along the curve of the insignia.” This announce was published in the Royal Thai Government Gazette, volume 133, issue 223 ง, dated 13 October 2016. |
