Localities are based on museum specimens from Museo de Historia Natural Gustavo Orcés of Escuela Politécnica Nacional, Museo de Zoología of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, Natural History Museum University of Kansas, and Smithsonian Institution National Museum of Natural History.
