Description
English: Shinjiro Pond in Kokubunji Campus, Tokyo Keizai University.
The pond was named after the former president of the university, Shinjiro Kitazawa (presidency: 1957—1967).
Water from five springs flows into the pond, which once was a wasabi field.
It has been included among the "Top 57 Springs in Tokyo" (#36) since 2003.
