The greyed keys are alternatively pressed and released.
The trill fingering produce notes that are slightly false, but allow a fast succession. The false notes go unnoticed when the play is fast, such as in a trill, a mordent or a turn. The fingering are shown at the medium octave but are also valid for the high octave, using the octaviation. When the fingerings use different octaviation modes (half hole → first octave key → second octave key), we use the octaviation that gives the best result, usually the one of the first note (e.g. we keep the half hole for a D6-E6 trill). |
