Description
Deutsch: Die Talmud-Tora-Schule am Grindelhof 30 in Rotherbaum wurde von 1909 bis 1911 nach Plänen von Ernst Friedheim als jüdische Jungenschule gegründet. Nachdem die Schule in den 1939 Jahren von den Nationalsozialisten geschlossen und enteignet worden war, wurde sie nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg als Fachbereich Bibliothekswesen der Fachhochschule Hamburg genutzt. Seit 2007 ist neben dem Gemeindezentrum der Jüdischen Gemeinde auch wieder eine jüdische Schule im Gebäude untergebracht.
