Summary edit

Description The black dots are tar spot fungus. The fungus mainly lives on fall maple leaves, Jim said. The ring of green is because the fungus prevents the tree from reabsorbing the chlorophyll. Despite this, Jim said it's not a terrible blight kind of fungus.
