Description
English: This device is intended to display the Kellogg's network of semiconductors like bipolar transistors.

Here we trace the voltage drop across the terminals of a silicon PN type power rectifier diode; we read two cursor points: - I = 1 mA and voltage drop = 0.508 V - I = 0.432 mA and voltage drop = 0.464 V It is verified that the current increases exponentially with the applied voltage. We can plot the collector current of a bipolar transistor with the base current as parameters, which increases in increments. The manufacturer is Tektronix, a well-known American manufacturer of measuring devices, in particular oscilloscopes. Date of manufacture between 1989 and 1995. This device is controlled by microprocessor. The technology used is that of through-hole components (No surface-mounted components) The power supply is classic with a large toroidal transformer on the mains at 50 Hz (No switching power supply)

The display is made with a monochrome green cathode ray tube.

La technologie utilisée est celle des composants traversants (Pas de composants montés en surface) L' alimentation est classique avec un gros transformateur torique sur le secteur à 50 Hz (Pas d'alimentation à découpage)

L'affichage se fait avec un tube monochrome à rayons cathodiques de couleur verte.
