English: Original caption: "As seen from Bridge St overpass. Workman prepare parking lot for temporary train station" A fire the previous day had destroyed the Salem–Beverly railroad bridge; the temporary parking was used to provide additional parking and transfer from shuttle buses until service resumed over a new bridge in December 1985. |
