Merknad: General Armfeldt holdt til på Tesli i 1718.


Tesli nedre, gnr. 19/3, ble 1803 solgt til senere stortingsmann Ole O. Teslien. Fra 1887 tilhørte gården Karelius Solberg og fra 1915 Jon Forbord. Til gården hørte husmannsplassene Grinneplass (to plasser). Innmarksarealet var 1866 på 300 daa, og 1934 på 244 daa. Tesli drives fortsatt som gårdsbruk. Hovedbygningen er oppført av stiftamtmann Hans Kaas 1693. Det er et stort midtgangshus i to etasjer, med to stuer på hver side av gangen. Under en sidebygning finnes en hvelvet kjeller.
