Description
English: Commemorative plaque to Mr. Imre Thököly (1657-1705) Hungarian noble, leader of an anti-Habsburg uprising, Prince of Upper Hungary and briefly Prince of Transylvania. It is affixed to the front of school to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the beginning of the resurrection against the Habsburgs led by Thököly. He has been elected supreme leader by the Kuruc in the camp of Szoboszló on January 8, 1680.

Français : Plaque commémorative à M. Imre Thököly (1657–1705) noble hongrois, chef d'un soulèvement anti-Habsbourg, prince de Haute Hongrie et brièvement celui de Transylvanie. Elle est installée au front d’un établissement scolaire pour commémorer le 300e anniversaire du commencement de la résurrection contre les Habsbourg dirigée par Thököly. Il a été élu le chef suprême par les Kuruc dans le camp de Szoboszló le 8 janvier 1680.

Magyar: Thököly Imre (1657–1705) magyar főnemes, kuruc hadvezér, Felső-Magyarország, majd egy rövid ideig Erdély fejedelmének emléktáblája, melyet az általa vezetett szabadságharc kezdetének 300. évfordulója alkalmából helyeztek az iskola homlokzatára. A kurucok a szoboszlói táborban választották meg fővezérré Thökölyt 1680. január 8-án.
