ไทย: ธงเจ้าพนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง ตามพระราชบัญญัติธง พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ กำหนดไว้ในมาตรา ๔๑ (๕) ดังนี้ ธงเจ้าพนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง มีลักษณะและสีอย่างเดียวกับธงเจ้าพนักงานตรวจท่า เว้นแต่ตอนปลายของผืนธงเป็นสีเหลือง ที่ตรงกลางของผืนธงที่เป็นสีเหลืองมีรูปพระแสงดาบเขนและโล่สีเลือดหมู
