English: Supplemental Movie 1 - Cytoplasmic Arabidopsis Pum particles are dynamic. AtPum18-RFP was expressed in onion epidermal cells and imaged at 4 frames per second and displayed in real time. The intensely staining nucleus is visible at the top of the image.
