Description
English: The Balfour (on the corner), historically known as The Westover, located at 2000 16th Street NW in Washington, D.C. It was built in 1900 and designed by George S. Cooper. The Rochelle Apartments (left), also known as the Balfour Annex, is located at 1603 U Street NW Both buildings are contributing propertie to the Sixteenth Street Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
