Description
English: Susanna Hoffs gestures before performing what she called the "Group Hug Song" - the band's final and biggest hit, "Eternal Flame," from 1989.

Susanna also asked the audience to sing along. I obliged loud and proud - Susanna responded with a smile to me.

The Bangles, known for such hits in the 1980s as "Walk Like an Egyptian" and "Eternal Flame," released a brand-new album in 2011, entitled Sweetheart of the Sun, and toured the US in support of it. The 12 November show in Anaheim is the final one of the tour.

The Bangles are made up of the following members: - Susanna Hoffs, vocals/guitar - Debbi Peterson, vocals/percussion/guitar - Vicki Peterson, vocals/guitar - Bassist Michael Steele left the band in 2005.

This was my second Bangles concert; the first had been on 17 September 2000 in San Francisco.
