English: The Big Red Store was a general store in Appleton, Tennessee built in the late 1890's. Currently, privately owned and ran as a museum. A 4th of July celebration is held here each year. You could purchase anything from clothing, food, and coffins. It could take you from cradle to grave. One of it's many names was the Butler Mercantile Company.
