Summary

edit
Description Sidescraper of green obsidian found at the surface nearby the Imiwaia I site in 2009. The source of this raw material is situated nearly 400 km north of Cambaceres and across the Magellan Strait. This artifact is probably over 6000 years old and hence tells us about early sea voyaging over great distances. This was our first clue in the detection of the Binushmuka I site. Photo H. Bjerck
