English: The Black Loch. I walked up to this loch this evening at dusk, just as several dozen Greylag Geese, no doubt freshly arrived from Spitzbergen, were coming in to land. I remember coming here many years ago and being amazed as seven Snow Geese took off from the loch, circled two or three times then flew off to the west.589456 |
