| Description |
English: The Church of All Saints - view from porch ... towards churchyard gate beside Church Road, and fields beyond. All Saints is a round tower church with Norman origins. A record states that by 1602, the chancel had already been in ruins for 40 years, probably destroyed by fire: it has never been rebuilt. The nave roof is Victorian and of unusual design; the font dates from the 14th century. The wooden door leading into the church tower is believed to be the original 12th century door, with its ironwork decoration now being over 800 years old; there are only 4 other figure doors like this one in England.
