Description
English:

A wooden building with wooden siding, a peaked roof, and an open door is surrounded by vegetation.

The Colman farmstead, about a mile from the village, was built around 1863. This is one of the outbuildings on the Appomattox Court House Landscape that have become overgrown with plants such as Virginia creeper, Japanese honeysuckle, poison ivy, and multiflora rose. Aside from the vegetation, this unchinked log structure is in good condition. It has a tin roof over the original wooden roof.
