Горячкина «Первый русский фашист Пётр Аркадьевич Столыпин», в которой автор, член партии «православных русских фашистов», рассказал, что представляет собой это политическое течение, и заявил, что Столыпин «даже гениальнее современного Бенито Муссолини. Этот русский колосс, этот гениальный государственный деятель». В Харбине русскими фашистами была создана «Столыпинская академия».

Goryachkin “The First Russian Fascist Pyotr Arkadyevich Stolypin” was published in Harbin, in which the author, a member of the “Orthodox Russian Fascists” party, stated that Stolypin was "even more brilliant than Benito Mussolini". In Harbin, the Russian fascists created the "Stolypin Academy".
