Summary edit

Description A long shot of the Royal living quarters, taken from the top of the Throne Room steps. Not the extra door to block off entry by unauthorized persons. The blue flag, if up denotes that the king is in residence. As you can see the flag is up. (extreme right, though it is not fluttering as it's a still day). This means His Majesty is very much in today. No entry to that part of the Royal Palace of course. We have to see from here, and that's it. (Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Apr/ May 2014)
